RtD at Watermark Beverly Hills

This past Sunday, Road to Damascus A Cappella was able to perform for a small group of elderly people at the Watermark Beverly Hills. Being that it was a 45 minute gig, there were not only acappella performances, but small group performances as well! The groups were

  • Taylor (piano), Anna (voice, cajon), Teddy (Voice), Lillian (Voice), Ben Chiang (Glockenspiel) singing "Life in Color" by One Republic

  • JHo (guitar and voice) and Carissa (voice) singing "How Deep Is Your Love" by the Bee Gees

  • Calvin (piano), Hayley (voice), Janet (voice), and Daniel (voice) singing "Man in the Mirror, We are the World" by Michael Jackson

Being that it was a 45 minute set, it not only was physically challenging, but was extremely rewarding at the end; we were able to meet and talk with some of the people we sang for. It was honestly so encouraging to see how many people were touched by our set. Hopefully we'll be back soon!
